It's Time Senior Advisors has proudly served the Portland metropolitan area since 2025. Founded by Tim Sery and Sterling Berks, our mission is to guide older adults and their families through the often complex decisions that come with aging.

Tim is a licensed Registered Nurse (RN, BSN) with extensive healthcare experience. Sterling is a licensed Resident Care Facility (RCF) administrator with experience operating a memory care community. Together, our backgrounds span the full continuum of senior care, from acute care hospitals and rehabilitation settings to assisted living, memory care, and residential care facilities.

We understand that every situation is unique. Whether you or your loved one are living at home, hospitalized, transitioning to assisted living, or exploring memory care options, we're here to help. We provide personalized guidance, care placement services, and support navigating conversations with healthcare providers and senior living communities.
