As a local, owner-operated advisor business, we believe personal relationships matter. You'll work directly with the owners, who will take the time to understand your situation and goals. While our fees provides a general framework, we approach every client individually and maintain complete transparency regarding fees, services, and expectations.
Our placement services are completely free for you and your family. For our specialized advising services, our rate is $150 per hour. However, if you utilize our advising services and are successfully placed through our agency within 12 months, we will fully refund your advising fees.

- Explain Oregon Medicaid processes and eligibility basics
- Help organize documentation and notices
- Coordinate with state caseworkers and track deadlines

- Support hospital discharge planning and facility communication
